Not quite right?  No problem.  Lodge your return online within 45 days of your original order date for a refund or exchange (Australia only).

REFUND: Refund price of the item to original method of payment

EXCHANGE (Australia Only):  We can exchange your item for the same item in a different size.  If you want to exchange for a different item, please use the process to return the item for a refund then place a new order.

Here's a checklist of our requirements for all returns:

-  Lodge your return online within 45 days of your original order date.

-  Must be in original condition with all tags attached and with original packaging.

-  Must not have been worn (other than for trying on for size), soiled, washed or altered in any way.

Yes.  SPOKEN does not cover the cost of return postage or insurance.  We recommend using a tracked postage method for your return as SPOKEN takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in the return process.

Easy

1.  Enter our returns portal by clicking the "Return Items" button above.  You will need your order number and email used to complete your purchase.

2.  Choose to return for a refund (International and Australia orders) or exchange f(Australia only). 

 Please note we can only offer exchanges for items of the same colour and style at this time, and all exchanges are dependent on stock availability.

Unfortunately we can't offer exchanges on international orders at this time. All international returns sent to our warehouse will be automatically refunded and you'll need to order any new sizes or colours via our website again.

3.  Once you have completed your return request online,  we will email you instructions on where to send your item (note - all returns are sent back to Melbourne, Australia)

We recommend that you use a registered post service to return your item(s) and to keep note of your tracking details. SPOKEN is not responsible for the cost of return postage or insurance. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged during the return process.

Exchanges apply to Australia orders. We can only exchange your item for the same item in a different size. 

If you want to exchange for a different item, please use the process to return the item for a refund then place a new order.

We cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your return is processed.  If this is the case, a refund will be issued for your returned item(s).

Once we receive your return, your request will be processed within 2 business days after we have received your returned items.  As soon as it is processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to clear the funds to your account.

If you have made an order online using Afterpay, you are eligible for a full refund.

We work hard to ensure that all our products are engineered to the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a description and images of your product fault.
